	2006 Beneteau 323 with 2 cabins and 1 head

	Designed by Groupe Finot, the Beneteau 323 is a sophisticated, comfortable cruiser great for two or four people. The yacht offers a double berth in the forward cabin and an oversized double berth in the aft cabin with ample storage throughout. There is a spacious bathroom to starboard, with shower, head and wet hanging locker. The functional galley has double stainless steel sinks, a 12 volt fridge and a 2-burner stove with oven. The yacht benefits from an abundance of natural light and excellent ventilation from the numerous portholes and hatches. A large folding table amidships, with generous seating either side makes the saloon a pleasant area for dining and relaxing.
	The carefully thought out cockpit offers an innovative pivoting steering wheel, which allows easy access around the helm position, when dock side or at anchor. All lines are led to the cockpit making single handed sailing an effortless pleasure.

Charters start and end at 12:00 noon. Minimum 5 day charter, except 7 day min. for Christmas and New Year. Closed August 20th to September 30th. 50% Deposit for Confirmation with Balance due 45 days before charter. Written Cancellation 91 Days or more prior to Start: REFUND, Less a $200.00 Cancellation Fee. Written Cancellation 90 Days or less prior to Start: REFUND IS GIVEN ONLY IF CHARTER IS REBOOKED, Less a $200.00 Cancellation Fee. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL / CHARTER CANCELLATION INSURANCE
