"CAT" -
she’s fast, sleek, quick to respond, sure-footed and very stable.
Her 46’ length and 23’ beam makes for the perfect "water sports"
platform. Under full sail, she can run with the best "12 knots".
She’s strong, safe and sail friendly. She’s playful - toys, toys,
toys - complete scuba dive and snorkel gear, kayak, windglider,
surfboard, float cushions, hammock, tow tube, safety belts, swim
noodles, books, board games, color TV/VCR with great selection of
movies, and 160 music CD stereo. "NAP" - she knows how to cuddle and
seduce relaxation. She’s cool, with full air conditioning. Her four
roomy en suite cabins allow up to eight guests. Lounge in the plush
saloon or stretch out in the massive, bimini shaded custom cushioned
aft cockpit. Fall asleep reading a book while gently rocking in the
hammock or sunbathe on the large trampoline. Below decks, warm
glossy varnished woodwork and cabinetry puts her in a class by
herself. You’ll love her colorful island decor interior. She’s fully
equipped from her galley to beach towels.
"CATNAP" - she’s got it all!

Crew Profiles:
Stephen Ray, is a 30-year old “Texan” who can’t get enough
of the Caribbean lifestyle. He has a passion for sailing and diving,
creating friendships, and enjoying the adventures of life. His
sailing expertise is evidenced by his participation in numerous
long-distance ocean races. His chartering experience includes
teaching sailing, offshore passagemaking throughout the Florida
Keys, Gulf Coast and Atlantic Seaboard, as well as laid-back island
hopping. Stephen holds a 50 ton Coast Guard Masters License with
both Sail and Towing Endorsements. He is a PADI certified scuba
diver with Red Cross CRP certification. Stephen is looking forward
to welcoming guests to Catnap and introducing them to the delights
of the Virgin Islands.
Jody is a 33 year California native who has lived on St. Thomas for
two years. She has been diving since 1999, PADI Divemaster with CPR
Certification since 2002, and will complete her PADI Instructor
Certification in January 2005. Most recently, she was an Aquarist at
Coral World on St. Thomas with responsibilities as Volunteer
Coordinator, Sea Turtle Rehab, Presentation/Feeding Dives as well as
Animal Collection and Care. Prior to arriving in St. Thomas, she
held marine biology positions with Jenkinson’s Aquarium in New
Jersey and the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific in California. In
addition to her duties as an Aquarist, she served as Education
Coordinator for both of these facilities and worked extensively with
kids. This background and knowledge of all aspects of coral and sea
life makes her unique. Jody is a people person and loves introducing
everyone to the wonders of the undersea world.
Cindi combines a culinary experience encompassing 25 years with the
knowledge of over ten years of sailing in the Caribbean. Prior to
being a chef on charter yachts for the past 10 years, Cindi owned a
catering business in Texas. Her blend of Caribbean spices, Creole
flavor, Southern hospitality and local lore will instill you with a
yearning to never leave paradise! |
