We are proud to introduce our fleet of Beneteau 40.7s
This popular 40ft racer/cruiser has taken the market by storm due to its performance on and off the race circuit. Essentially built to a modern design, the Beneteau 40.7 is a pleasure to sail.
The beautiful hull, clean deck layout and sleek rig, is a fast, comfortable and functional yacht.
Built in 2005 these boats have since participated in the ARC (2005) and been actively involved in the Caribbean Race Regatta circuit.
As a Bruce Farr design, it does not disappoint racing crews; three spreader racing rig, efficient accessories, clean cockpit layout, uncluttered foredeck and large stainless steel helm. 40.7s are extremely competitive, both within their class and racing against similar yachts. An ever-growing fleet can be found to match race against throughout the Caribbean and Meditteranean. There is now a class specifically designed for Beneteaus and this year for the first time at Antigua Race Week there will be a special Beneteau trophy

This is a structured task-led program designed to bring company teams together and put them in a completely new learning environment.
Sailing a yacht breaks down boundaries and has excellent results in effective teamwork. Sailing is a natural and rewarding team environment as individuals need to rely on each other and draw on a number of skills including preparation, stress management, communication, and leadership whilst also having fun.

This is an activity for rewarding teams, bringing your staff together away from the office environment or impressing your clients with an exhilarating sail in the Caribbean. Racing identical yachts against one another is the ultimate challenge for any team. Everyone is on an equal footing learning a sport requiring real teamwork. We encourage everyone to take part from handling sails, winching and grinding, to helming the yacht.
Match racing is great fun for a hospitality event with a difference, or alternatively a focused, competitive event for leadership and dynamic personal endeavour. |

No experience is necessary for this amazing adventure.
You will be greeted by a member of the ONDECK Team and escorted to the Yachts. After a brief orientation
you will be divided into teams and step ondeck! A safety brief and general sailing instructions will ensure a fast,
fun, exhilarating experience.
With our high performance yachts and professional crew you can trim sails, grind winches, tack, jibe and take the
helm of one of our magnificent yachts.
Or, for the less adventurous,
sit back and relax in the roomy cockpit area and watch the competition and maneuvering of the racing teams unfold
before you as they strive towards the finish line.
Once back at the ONDECK Headquarters, you can take a take a break and enjoy our rum punch party
and view exciting photographs of your race, celebrating your personal endeavors and team experience. |
